At South Florida Medical Transcription Services, we offer many different pricing plans with rates starting as low as 14.4¢ per line.  Of course, your quoted rate will depend on your dictation format (standard cassette, micro-cassette, or digital voice), nature of your reports, turnaround requirements, and report delivery options.  We thus encourage you to contact us at (954) 922-8040 with your specific needs and also E-Mail us samples of your medical reports so we can provide you with the lowest-possible rate quote.

In general, short “outline-style” reports cost less than long “paragraph-style” reports.  Also, digital voice dictation costs less than cassette tape dictation.  And for most clients, our standard 24-hour turnaround time guarantee is generally adequate.

Shorter turnaround plans of less than 24 hours and "on demand" medical transcription services (for vacation relief and work overflow) are also available but cost considerably more.  Shorter turnaround guarantees and "on demand" medical transcription services also generally require digital voice dictation and electronic Internet-based report delivery.  Printed report delivery options (U.S. Mail, Fed Ex, courier, etc.) are also available but with no turnaround time guarantee.

Imortant Note: Next-day early-morning Internet-based report delivery for cassette tape dictation clients can only be guaranteed if cassettes are couriered directly to our Hollywood, FL offices (at the client's expense) and received before 10:00 AM.
