Rest assured, our billing rates are set as low as they can possibly be so

In general, plans using the “65-Character Lines” method
yield the lowest line counts per
page but command the highest rate per line.
Plans using the “Actual Lines” method generally yield the highest
line counts per page but offer a significantly reduced rate per line.
Plans using the “Gross Lines” method offer a compromise between the two other line
counting methods and generally yield an intermediate line count with an
intermediate billing rate per line.
As a guide, our lower-numbered
plans (1,2,3) are the most cost effective for short, “outline-style”
reports with short sentences and many subtitles. On the other hand, our higher-numbered plans (7,8,9)
are the best deal when the majority of your reports are long,
“paragraph-style” documents with long sentences and relatively few
subtitles. Our intermediate-numbered
plans (4,5,6) are the logical choice and provide the most savings when
you dictate approximately equal amounts of both types of reports.
The only other issue in
choosing the best pricing plan is whether or not your reports usually have a
significant amount of “white space” on the last page of each report.
If so, then choose a “Plus $0 Per Page” plan.
On the other hand, if your reports generally tend to fill up each and
every page with little or no white space on the last page of the report, then
selecting a “Plus $2 Per Page” plan can provide you with added
